Todays Question is - If someone asked you what coding is, how would you explain it without using technical words?

You may have heard it many times by the people from it industry or from computer science students, that they do coding, but what actually they mean when they say they do coding. what does coding means, 

let's understand this in simple way

the word coding means is basically writing codes, but what does it means by code, and writing it,  so code is basically taking to computer, so here writing codes means they are writing something that talks to computer. 

But keep in mind that computer is not a real friend that will talks you in natural way like we do in real life, they are basically machines that will do whatever you told it to do. so here when i say talking to computer that means giving computers instruction to do tasks.

similarly when  i say they are writing something that talks to computer , so here

what are they writing , they are writing instruction that tells computers what to do.

So when they say they do coding means they write codes means they writes instructions that tells computer what to do.

But how does they write the instructions, they write it via a language like in real life to communicate with another person we need a language , similarly to write  instruction for computer we need a computer language that we call coding languages. 

And also like in real life we have many language to communicate, similarly in computer science also , we have many language. some examples are c, c++, javascript, python and many more.

So let's summarise, next time when you heared someone saying that they do coding , what they actually means is they are writing instructions to computer to do tasks by using a coding language.
